Sync Outlook calendar on PC with Droid Incredible

How can I sync my calendar in Outlook on my PC with my calendar on my Android Incredible?

There are a number of 3rd party products available for this.  CompanionLink runs $14.95 and will sync Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Notes to Incredible and other Verizon Droid phones.  Works with iPad and Mac too.
