I had a Blackberry and just got DroidX. I have not been able to get my emails from outlook. I set up a gmail account but could not find the app to sync to outlook as of yet. Blackberry was much easier to set up emails. I would appreciate any help that could be offered.
Thanks!

I had a post that answered this question
It is a program you have to pay for, but I have researched it prior to ordering my Droid X today..... and it is a program that I will be getting soon.

The link is a good start, but the product mentions only Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Notes. It does not mention Outlook email sync capability. This was the best thing about my Samsung Saga and the only reason I kept it for so long. I don't like having to sift through and delete emails from my handheld and then my PC.
Any suggestions short of asking all those contacts to update me to a new address? I've tried changing people, and they hate it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you accessing your email though an Exchange server (possibly work email) or a pop3 server (home email through your ISP)?
If you accessing a pop3 account, the instructions for adding another account for are found on page 34 and I have included here
email
The first time you turned on your phone (see page 3),
you logged in to your Gmail™ account. You can add
any other email account that you set up.
To add other email accounts to your Messaging widget and Universal Inbox:
Touch Launcher icon > Messaging > Menu , then touch Manage accounts > Add account.
On the Setup accounts screen, touch Email and enter your email
account information.
The thought here is to access the account directly, so you have your email on your phone, when you are away from home. If you leave your outlook open when you are away, you will have to delete the messages from Outlook, but if you close your Outlook when you are away, then the emails that you delete from the server will not get downloaded by Outlook when you open it up. I know that this is not syncing with Outlook, but it is the next best thing. I will not get my Droid X until Monday, so I can't say which settings you need today.
If you access an Echange server, I have not found any instructions on what settings and where.
