Droid doesn't sync to outlook out of the box, you have to have 3rd party software. The popular ones seem to be companionlink and touchdown.
Yes it does... use "Corporate Sync". Go to "Settings", "Accounts". "Add Account" and "Corporate Sync".
That's exchange, not outlook, they are not the same thing.
