Sync with Outlook Calendar

I have been set up to link with my office Outlook Exchange account. Calendar items are uploaded to my DroidX2 when I enter them in Outlook. If I enter an item on my phone, it does not sync to my Outlook calendar. How do I do this? A one way sync is not very useful.
