I downloaded the Facebook for my DrInc and when I did I lost contacts when it synced. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Also, some of my contacts pics don't show anymore. Very frustrating.
Try to un-install the application and re-install the application.

Ugh! That didn't help! I don't understand how some of my facebook contacts have pics and others don't. It shows the facebook symbol in the left-hand corner, but no picture. Maybe I've sync-ed something that I shouldn't have.
Have you been getting the process error com.htc.bg has stopped working and forced closed? I have been getting that message and experiencing similar problem. I was looking around on other sites and some users seem to believe that the error message is from the facebook ap. Just looking for some further insight.
