How do I sync my Samsuing Droid Charge with Outlook 2003 which I have on my PC?

unless your outlook connects to an exchange server, i don't think you can

Thanks for getting back to me. Here is the answer I received from Verizon Tech Support:
"Thank you for contacting our Verizon Wireless website. We are happy to assist
you with your question.
We apologize for any confusion. The Android operating system does not sync
directly with Outlook, you can instead use a plug-in from Google called Google
Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook. This application is linked below and will sync
your Outlook contacts and calendar entries to a Gmail account which will then
sync them to the handset. This is a third party application that is not
supported Verizon Wireless but should enable you to sync with a standalone
installation of Outlook.

Yes - that's how I did it some time ago when I only wanted to sync with standalone outlook.
Works great and it's free.
