Syncing Facebook contacts

I'm trying to ADD my facebook contacts to my phone and for some reason am unable to. I've removed and re-added my facebook account (via My Accounts) and via the facebook app itself. I have a Droid X, and with the facebook app, there is no "Sync Contacts - All, Some, None options). Please help? I'm not sure what else to do and I really don't want to do a system restore.

This has happened to me also, my Droid X stopped syncing my facebook contacts. I have tried installing and reinstalling the app. rebooting my phone. sign ing in and out of the facebook in my accounts for the phone. going into facebook and unchecking the droid application and re signing in, but nothing is working. Anyone know what to do?

This is also happening to me. I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to figure it out. HELP!!!!!!!

I had to do a factory reset and my facebook contacts were in backup assistant then when i reset my phone and synced backup **bleep**. they were all gone!! not happy!!! HELP PLEASE!!
