Syncing Outlook Calendar

I use Outlook 2007 as my email program, contact and calendar and would like to continue to use Outlook on my computer. I would like to at least sync my calendar to my Droid Incredible. Is this possible? What do I need to do to set it up to sync to Outlook 2007 calendar?

I have a similar question about syncing Outlook 2007 with my Droid Pro. Will the HTC program work on a Motorola phone?

The HTC program is not compatible with the Motorola Droid Pro. However here is a link to Droid Pro Outlook Sync software. It contains all the information regarding setup and use.
