System UIDs Inconsistent /// HELP (please)

HI I need help...I really don't want to have to go through the factory reset again.

what happened:

My phone froze, I restarted and I got this message:

System UIDs Inconsistent
UIDs on this system are inconsistent, you need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable.

then a button that reads:
I'm Feeling Lucky'

I have to push 'i'm feeling lucky' to access the phone.

well, now i can't get online and all my apps are gone.
Yes, I've taken the battery out and restarted, but the UID message appears again.
(i can call and text)

Any fixes?

I know what an inconvenience it is experiencing difficulties with your device, but don't worry, help is here. I recommend you first run your device in safe mode http://goo.gl/FDRNK and retest. If you're still receiving this message after placing in safe mode then I recommend performing a hard reset http://goo.gl/9pJ9n Please remember to back up your information prior to the hard reset since this will remove all data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings and downloaded applications.
