Personally after four Droid Globals and updates that have yet to happen from Moto and Verizon I think it's a defective phone....must be nice to get a replacement huh?

I regret to learn of any issues with your Droid 2 Global and I understand how frustrating it can be to get replacement devices. I would like to ask what are the issues that are occurring? Is there a specific issue that keeps re-occurring, or are there different issues going on? I assure you that we want to make sure that you are happy with your service.
