For anyone wanting to do what the OP wants:
Alright. Getting London on was easy. I even got another location with it, if you dont want your current location.
Click on the Widget, this takes you to the desk clock.
Click on the World icon along the bottom.
Now MENU> HOME SETTINGS
Type London and choose the correct one.
This places London on the left clock and your Current location on the right.
If you want another time on the right clock....
From the main screen MENU>SETTINGS>DATE & TIME
Uncheck Automatic option
Now choose SELECT TIME ZONE
Choose the time zone you want. The name for the clock will not change, but the time will.

I am kinda lost on where you want the time in Paris to appear. Are you wanting Paris to show up on your main clock or in the widget?

@DincX110, The solution provided by Budone most definitely works, however, I'm not sure if changing the "Home" location to London will show you everything related to london on your phone by default (like weather). The other issue is that when you change the "Auto Location" setting under SETTINGS --> Date & Time will mean that you are no longer syncing time with the network and relying on the phone's time. I do have a simpler solution for this:
- When you are in your home location, all you need to do is use two clock widgets on your home screens. When adding the first one, just use your current location, and when adding the other clock use one of the other locations from your world clock. (To do this, you first need to go to the world clock and add your the additional timezone that you want to track).
I was recently travelling out of the country and at that time, I created a new "scene" with the travel clock and it worked as expected. But when i got back home, I just switched back to my current "scene" with the two clocks! Hope this helps!
