So I posted a review about this phone recently. A little word of advice don't post a review after receiving terrible customer service because u will say things u don't mean in the heat of the moment. So I spoke with 2 sweet ladies named Pam and Chriss. They fully understood my issues and needs. They made sure to resolve my issues. Pam made sure to compensate me for my lack of data coverage. Yay. Sorry for saying I was going to leave u Verizon. Make sure u hire more Tech support ppl like Pam, Chriss and Calvin and less like Trisha (I think that's her name) and James. Spoke with those two the 19th of Nov. Those two were terrible!. But I am finally satisfied and will be even more when that update comes!! Thanks ladies and Gents!!
