I have had three people state that me text comes over as jibberish - looks just fine on my end..???
Enhanced Messaging provides two-way SMS (Short Messaging Service) features plus improved messaging features like extended message length for customers with EMS (Enhanced Messaging Service) capable devices.
Some SMS-only handsets cannot support receipt of Enhanced TXT Messages.
These handsets displays multiple message segments but the message is unreadable (display garbage).
If the customer is a Verizon Wireless Customer the Technical Support Team can reset the customers account to receive Enhanced TXT Messages as plain TXT Messages (SMS) thereby preventing the garbled display problem.
