You can go to your contacts first and pick out the contact number you want to put into the actual text. Go to edit contact.Hold your finger down on the number you want to copy & tap "copy". Exit out of that. Go type out the text message & hold your finger down in the text....tap "paste"
When sending a message, you can also tap attachment and then tap Name Card. Then your contact list will come up; select the contact's number you wish to send and tap add. The number will be sent as an attachment to the text message.
