For some strange reason all of a sudden my text notifications are not coming in. I have checked & rechecked my setting & it states it's active to show in the bar at top & to "tweet" but I get nothing. I have to constantly stop & go to text screen just to see if I have anything, I have turned the phone on & off several times & I really dont want to do a "hard" reset.
If you've checked your settings, both in Settings and in Messages, sometimes a battery pull while the phone is on will "fix" things not solved by power cycling.
Yeah, the hard reset is inconvenient. I waited until my phone became practically unusable before resorting to that.
