I purchased my Incredible 2 less than a week ago. I had my phone numbers imported from my old phone and then was able to snyc them to my facebook. Since then I have found that some of my contacts only show up with their phone number and not a name when texting. I have tried to re-enter them, update them (ensuring that they have an area code as well), un-snycing to my facebook account & re-syncing. These worked with a few of my contacts, but not all of them. I know that the numbers are correct and linked to my contacts (as I've also tried to add the numbers to my list but they are already linked to an individual). Any ideas?
Sometimes this happens when the number isnt exactly as it is on Facebook, try double checking how the number is inputted, some times there is a +1 in front of number that causes issues also.
I've checked the numbers and they are exactly the same. I've tried to remove the +1 or add 1 to the numbers, but that hasn't helped either.
