I sat on the phone for 1 and half hours, with a verizon tech, about four hours after I updated my phone. My apps were not were not working correctly after the update. Long story short, I ended up having to reset my phone :smileysad:. It worked for about 2 days, but now the apps and even Google play store is back on the fritz. Verizon subscription is way to expensive to be having these many issues with my phone. Everything was great before this unnecessary and destructive update. I am very frustrated with this and am seriously thinking about switching carriers and don't even care if I to pay some penalty for breaking contract. This is unacceptable. Any useful information would be greatly appreciated.
