Too many missed calls

I figure that I miss about 40% of my calls because my phone does not ring or vibrate.  People tell me that it rings on their end.  Once in a while in these situations the phone will ring once on my end and then go to voice mail.  When I call back immediately they say it rang like 8 times on their end...  This happens to people who call me regularly so they ring sometimes and other times not....so I don't believe that it can be a setting thing..  Any suggestions???

Try a PRL update. Dial *228 from your phone, it's option 2, I think.

Also you can try updateing the programming by dialing *228 and #1

Thank you all for the information provided. Please power off the device and remove the battery for a minute. Place the battery back in and dial *228 + Send and choose option 2. If the issue persists, please send us a private message with your name and mobile number.
