I am having some problems with the touch screen on my phone. When I really notice it is when I am using the key board and the screen acts like you are not touching it. I have tried closing the program and reopening it, I have tried turning off the phone and powering it back on and I still am having some problems, but it is not all the time. Is the an update or a fix for this problem????

-Like what keyboard are you using (stock HTC, Swype, Swiftkey etc etc).
-Do you have a Live Wallpaper on your phone?
-Which App are you trying to type in with the keyboard.
More specifics about the scenario, easier to try and figure out what could be causing it.
