When prompted to record the launch phrase, it doesn't give me any time to actually say anything, it just immediately says "Sorry, I didn't catch that. Let's start over and try OK Google Now again." But when I press Start again, it does the same thing over and over. At one point it had a noise gauge which said "Good, you've found a quiet room!" but I was never able to record the launch phrase, and that was the only time I saw the noise gauge.
Never mind. My phone updated this morning and then the set up worked fine.
