Transfer messages and phone contacts via Bluetooth from Storm to Droid x

To smartphone experts out there...How can I use Bluetooth to transfer message and phone contacts from storm to droid x?

BTW, I got my droid yesterday...what a great pleasure to have it, unlike the storm.  No regrets...Thanks in advance for your help

You can use your Blackberry to download a supported version of Verizon Backup Assistant. Open the link below on your Blackberry to download/install the software. To transfer using your Bluetooth you will connect the two devices and sending your address book wireless.  You can do it from home screen.

Options>Bluetooth>select the device, the transfer option is there…Or you can also find it by opening “Manage Connections” >Bluetooth options,
