Transfer ringtones that are in pic message format?

how do I transfer my old ringtones that are in Pic message format? they have already been sent to my incredible, I just dont know how to install them..

  1. touch and hold area outside attachment
  2. Touch the desired message option and select Saves the ringtone to the phone or to SD Card.
