open the gallery & it should be one of your folders.
i was able to drag/drop from pc to dx entire folders as well as individual pics with usb cable.
did you email the pic or get it to the dx soome other way?

I used the ussb cable from Dell to Droid drag drop the individual image across and put in Android / Camera/ Folder

drag/drop from dell to the picture folder on the sd card.

Thanks for the great help however I forgot to mention the scanned image was a pdf which I dont think the Droid recognizes Correct?

To view a PDF you just need a 3rd party App that can read them. Adobe Reader is one such app that can read PDF files. It's Free in market.
