Two issues camera and vibrate

When i first got my phone the camera was excelent now when i take pictures they are blurry??? Also i have my phone on vibrate and it wont vibrate? Does anyone have this problem and how do I fix it.

Sometimes my camera lens gets fingerprints on it and the pics turn out a bit blurry. Maybe try wiping the lens clean and see if that helps.

I had the same non vibrate problem. Couldn't find out a cause, but I found a fix in an app called "Audio Buddy".
