UP TO 16M COLORS

any way to reduce colors?

i've looked in settings/display and don't see any way to show fewer colors like i do on the pc, dropping from 32bit to 16bit.

Changing the resolution on the device will not save you any battery life, all that will o is cause problem, the apps are compatible with your devices resolution and messing with this setting will not have a positive outcome. Besides this isn't possible without voiding warrantee.

I don't think there is anyway to do this but, out of curiosity, why would you want to?

I have to agree, why would you want to lower the resolution on your device?

saving resources, help battery life.

i don't use gps all the time for the same reason. the towers get pretty close with maps/latitude but gps/satellite view kill the battery.
