Mine was doing the same thing. Someone suggested that I turn it down to silent before going to bed, and let it do its thing. I woke up at 4am and looked at it. It was on, and I swiped it, and it started rebooting again. I let it be. This morning it was on and operating fine. The other poster said that after he let it do this, it didn't do it it again. I'm hoping so. I'm trying to avoid a reset.

Guess I need to dig my Dinc out of the drawer and turn on WiFi and get that badboy updated. I loved that phone. VZW and HTC know how many of those devices are still in use and felt the update was warranted.
Thanks for the info B33
