Unable To Receive Photos And/Or MP3 Files On My DROID

Hey all.. Trying to figure out why I'm not able to get pictures and/or mp3's on my DROID.  I'm getting this sent from another Verizon customer.  They are able to send them out to other people just fine.  For some reason I can't get them to open or play on my DROID.  I even try to save off the files on the text message to my SD card but they just show up as black and not the picture.  In some instances I am getting an attachment dropped error message... They tried to send me an audio file in a text message and i get the following:

Attachment Dropped: XXXXXXX.mp3.acc of type: audio/mpeg; name=XXXXXXXXX.mp3.aac

Any ideas on why this could be happening at all? Thanks for all the help!!

Unfortunately SaveMMS didn't work, the pictures end up just being black... When I initially receive the picture what I get on my text screen is a little picture of an exclamation point inside a triangle with a box behind it...  Any other ideas?
