Desktop is running Windows XP. When connecting Bionic via USB, I get the 'Found New Hardware Wizard." Searches for Motorola ADB Interface but getting a message saying wizard cannot find necessary software. The PC then does not recognize the connection i.e. I cannot see the phone memory in My Computer.

On the top of the phone, you should see an icon for USB connection detected. Pull down the status bar and click on the USB connection notification and a list should pop up. Make sure it is set to Mass Storage mode. If your computer still does not detect it, you might want to try another USB port or make sure your computer is up to date. It should be detected automatically by any version of Windows XP or later with no additional software required other than Mass Storage mode set.
