Yesterday, I noticed I hadn't been receiving any texts or calls. I didn't think much of it, but I received a call at 2 P.M. and I was told that the person had been trying to call me a few times before but the call rang a few times then went to my voicemail. As I was on the phone, I received 3 new texts that had clearly not been sent at that exact time. I responded to the texts after I got off the phone and expected texts back, but I didn't get any--I don't think it was my texts keeping them away.
Also, I tried calling one of my friends back after receiving a missed call, but my phone never sent out the call. It would just keep saying "Dialing" in the top right hand corner and after a while I would get a little notification stating that my call was lost. I get three bars, so that doesn't make sense.
Later yesterday at around 6:30 P.M., I received another phone call that came through; and as I was talking, I received 6 new texts, one after the other. Now there's something wrong! I can surf the internet on my phone without any issues because I still get three bars of 3G and wi-fi, I can apparently still send texts but not get any in return (although I tried to send a text later on in the night and the intended recipient did not get anything), and I can receive phone calls after a few or several tries (I tested it out and it only works whenever it wants to).
No matter what I try I just can't receive any texts or send out calls whatsoever including calls to my voicemail. I did not tamper with my phone, it just decided to give up. It still functions normally except for the reported problems. I did a factory reset and it restored my missing clock, but it did not resolve the issue. I've only had this phone for about three weeks and I've treated it well! Please help!

Are you still experiencing these issues? Have you heard of anyone else on Verizon's network experiencing any call or text issues in your area? What zip code are you in when experiencing these problems? And have you had the same experience when in other areas?
I would like to see if this could be something going on in your area, your phone or maybe with something on your account.
