Two people sent me the same 30 kb photo via text message. In the list of messages these appear with an X in a red circle. If I open the message it contains the "download" and "reject" boxes. If I click on "download", I can see the message "downloading", but nothing (no picture) ever appears. My Wi-Fi is turned on. My phone is a DROID Razr.
What am I doing wrong? Is 30 kb too big? If so, can I adjust that?
I haven't run into this problem with pictures before.
Pictures from text messages can only be downloaded over the cellular data connection. Turn off wifi and turn on the cellular data and try again.
