Unable to send or receive picture messages

For the last 3 days my inc2 wont send or receive picture messages. When i try to send them it says, failed after multiple attempts generic network failure. I cant download them either. All of my settings seem to be right.Please Help..

I'm useing stock messinging .

Are you able to browse the web ok? 

Now when you say you are using the stock messager, are you talking about the on used for sms/mms of the one for emails?  Does it say Mail or Messages?

Everything worked fine. Just couldn't send or recieve pic messages. Data was on. I did a factory reset and it works fine now.
