After ICS install I just found out that although I receive text messages replies or new messages are not sent. It appears that they are but recipients do not get them. Reboot, battery pull, cache wipe and soft reset have been tried. Any other suggestions?

FDR is the last resort. Do not want to go that far unless there are no other options.

At this point, the next best step is to complete the Master Reset. Be sure to backup all of your data prior to completing the reset.
