Unknown Error

My daughter tried to send me a multimedia message today.  She was trying to send a picture of my grandchildren on the first day of school.  It won't open and keeps sending me an unknown error message repeatedly.  My younger daughter received the picture with no problem.  She tried to forward it to me but it still didn't work.   Any suggestions?

Try "Download All Files" app from market..

I would like to ask if you if you are still having this issue? Also, are you able to send picture messages? Did the suggestion from Wildman resolve it for you? (Btw, thank you Wildman!)
