It looks like in July, the unlimited data plan is history. This, apparently, is for new customers. According to Verizon, customers who had made a contract prior to July 7 of this year are locked into the unlimited data for $30 forever. We'll see. My contract doesn't expire until the middle of next year, so I won't be worried about it until my contract is ready for renewal. Rumor has it that it will be $35 for 2GB of data. That's more than the competitors charge.
