I am not happy with verizon

bcoz i send a letter in july but no reply till date, and yeasterday i was contect customer care i am on phone more than one and half hour,

it is not good for custumer and your self

and verizon chet with me bcoz i buy a motorola droid razr phone and more than 6 time i have problem and they send me refurbeshed phone

and last time they send me motorola hd razr phone, they send me down grad phone

now this compitision all company give promotion officer but only verizon send me down grad offer

i am tried of this things , i want to break a contract without any extra charg so please let me know how can i do

Aside for the last sentence, the rest was very difficult to comprehend.

To break your contract, you have to pay the ETF.

I am afraid to ask, what is the issue(s)?

B-1 I agree the post was very very hard to Make out, OP as B-1 indicated if your over the 14 days which it sounds like you are your in the contract for 2 years Unless you want to pay the ETF fee..

If we may ask what were some of the issues you were experiencing.?
