When I bought my Droid X, it came with some apps on it like Blockbuster and Madden. I want them off, but there is no option to remove. Can I get rid of them somehow? Just wondering.

No, those are the pre-installed, stay forever, apps. This particular subject has been beaten to death. You can remove them from your home screens, but you can not remove them from the Apps Drawer. However, If you install Launcher Pro (free version or cost version) you can hide them so that they do not show up in the Apps Drawer.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Just as a reminder (especially to myself), try the search boxes and the red 'search' button to see if a question has already been discussed. The topic of pre-installed, unwanted apps tends to cause some less-than-civil interactions.
