Update 2.2 smart profile fixed?

Did this update fix the smart profile problem with the face down feature making the phone never ring again? Is there anywhere with a detailed list of what was fixed with this update? I have seen the pdf that shows the feature upgrades but no real detail. I dont want to test the smart profile because I dont want to have to reset my phone like the first time I tried it before the update. Does anyone know what is fixed or what is now broken, or glitchy?
