Update Problems

I recently was notified about an update on October 18th but decided to download it today in my free time. It didn't take very long and seemed very succesful until after the reboot. It said "The software update failed". I don't know what happened and if anyone does know what happened let me know any solutions.

Hello zViiNz!

 

Sorry you are having problems with your device software update!  I am happy to assist.

 

First, I would like for you to soft reset your device, as well as remove the battery for approximately one minute before powering back on.  Once you gain your data connection, try manually updating the software again.  This should allow the update to complete correctly.
