I updated to Froyo this morning and everything is great with the exception of my location services not working. It will find me using wi-fi, but not using cell towers or GPS. Google maps, weather channel, navigation, etc. all say location unavailable...anyone else having this problem or know of a fix?

The GPS finally did start working, but earlier I was outside for a while and it never found me. It still doesn't seem like it's picking up the signal as well as it used to. Assisted location and using wireless networks are working, the update just turned that feature off and it took me a while to realize it.

Same issue for me. Updated to 2.2 this morning and the only way I can get any location-based service to work is to enable "Use Wireless Networks" under "Location & Security Settings" \ My Location
Not sure if this is a 2.2 "feature" or what. Used to work great before the upgrade.

no issues here. I would turn off wireless networks and turn off Assisted GPS. Reboot and try again. My phone after the update got a gps fix in less than 10 seconds without making any changes.
There's a set of soft keys on the second homepage to the left. Make sure the gps satellite is ON

Yep, did the trick. That and going outside....duh. Figured since I sit near a window I could get a lock on the sat connection - no love. Thanks for the tip.
