I've had the Droid Incredible for a little over a month now (my first smartphone). I have tried several different things but nothing seems to work.
Can someone please explain to me (step by step) how to upload videos from my phone to my computer? Thanks!!

@EmsMom,
- Step 1: Connect your phone using the usb cable to your computer.
- Step 2: On the phone, select Menu--> Notifications
- Step 3: Click on Charge Only option in the notifications. This will bring up the Connect to PC screen.
- Step 4: Select Disk Drive and click done.
- Step 5: On your computer, you will now have one or two new drives apprear (similar to when you would plug in an external usb stick). You will see only one drive if you dont have a microSD card inserted, otherwise it will be two drives.
- Step 6: You will find all your videos in either of the drives (depending on where you store your videos. By default the Camcorder app is configured to store it on the Phone Storage) Either ways, look under both drives at the following path:
- driveletter:\dcim\100media.... (your videos and photos get stored here if you use the default camera and camcorder app)
- Step 7: Simply copy the files and place them wherever you want them on your PC! That's it! You can then decide if you still want to keep them on the phone or delete them.
Hope this helps!

Thank you nimiaj for the detailed instructions! I will try that when I get home from work.
One more question if you don't mind -- is it best to store the videos/photos on the SD card? That is how it was on my old phone. Do you know how I change the default from phone storage to the SD card?
Enjoy the rest of your day and thanks again!!

@EmsMom, with the Incredible, it does not really matter. Phone Storage on our devices is 6.6 GB. Usually this is more than enough for photos and videos. However if you decide to get a high capacity microSD card (16/32 gb) and would like to use it for video recording, you can switch the storage location.
To do this, open your camera or camcorder app and follow the instructions:
After opening the Camera/Camcorder App, Click on Menu--> Settings--> Storage and simply choose either Phone Storage or SD Card! That's It!
Hope this helps!
