right....i should have said it will "indirectly" upload it.....but the whole process takes seconds....literally. once i shoot the vid, it is on my fb page in about 10 seconds...and that's a one minute video. mms and email have simply not even come close to what i have tried to accomplish. qik is the closest thing. also, some of my family is not on fb so i text them the qik link anytime i put a new video up. this way they can still go see it if they'd like.

i had no luck trying to upload videos or email them or mms them to fb. i found an app called QIK. it is THE BEST APP ON MY DEVICE. PERIOD. seriously....i can't say enough about this app. you get qik, set up an account on their website, and you can upload any video you take to your qik account. when you set up your qik account you can link it to fb. i now take video and it is literally on my fb page 30 seconds later. best app i've found yet.

If you are shooting videos on the phone, all you need to do is open the YouTube app and upload them to your YouTube account, then post the link in Facebook. You'll need to make sure to enable your YouTube account to accept mobile uploads first.

If you don't like the openess of YouTube, then you can send them to Facebook via email.

How do I upload mobile photos/notes/videos from my phone?

You can use your personalized upload email address to email a photo/video from your mobile phone. The uploaded content will then appear in your Mobile Uploads album. Since this is your personal email address, which will send content directly onto your Facebook account, be sure not to share it with anyone else.

The email subject will be used as the caption of your photo or video, or your updated status if your email contains no photo or video. Note that photos and videos uploaded via email are visible to everyone by default, but you can change the privacy setting of any photo album by going to your Photos page and clicking "Album Privacy."

To see what your personalized upload email is, be sure you are logged into your account, then go to the Facebook Mobile page.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried using facebook mobile but I still get an error message  "message size limit reached.  sorry you cannot attach this to your message".  😞    The video is a little over 5 minutes long ???? . . . .   how many minutes do I need my videos to be so I am able to email/send them????    So frustrating . . . .

@EmsMom, a 5 mintue video shot in HD will be around 200-300 mb in size. This will be very difficult to attach to MMS or even Youtube and upload. Youtube has a 100mb limit from a mobile device when uploading videos.

If you want to shoot and send a 5 minute video from your phone, make sure you change the resolution to as low as possible before recording your video. In your Camcorder App, click on Menu--> Settings--> Resolution and choose QVGA. This will create a video small enough that you can try to upload to YouTube.

If lower quality is a no no, then unfortunately you are stuck! You will need to copy it over to your PC and do it from there.

BTW, I dont think there is a direct way to upload videos to Facebook from the Incredible yet.

Hope this helps!

There is. Use qik. I don't know what the size limit is for qik, but I know I've uploaded videos that are over 1 minute long in hd, which is about all I expect to be able to do from a phone.

@Azsaluki, Qik will allow you to "share" a video on facebook, twitter etc. However your video is still stored on Qik servers and you will need to create a Qik account. So technically, you are still not uploading the video to your Facebook account. Smiley Happy Other than that, you are correct, you can share the video so long as you are willing to create a Qik account and stream your video to them.
