Uploading photos to Picasa

I have a Motorola Droid and have not been able to figure out how to upload photos to my computer.  Step by step would really help as I am not real "tech savvy" about this.

Hi.  I understand that you want to upload your pictures to your computer.  I will be happy to tell you how to upload your pictures to Picasa (since I use it all the time) 

Here are the steps

• Select a photo from your gallery or take a picture using the Camera app.
• From the menu, select Share > Picasa. Sign into your Google Account for Picasa Web Albums if necessary.
• Enter a caption and/or album for the picture and select Upload.
