How can I use my droid phone in France and Norway?
What I want to know is can I use my phones wireless internet capabilities to send emails or use skype or Tango to communicate while in these countries. I want to do this with out any data fees or any other charges. What do I need to turn off or on to do this.

Best thing you can do is turn on airplane mode. Then when you want to use the wifi connection turn it on and connect to the available wifi hotspot. After you are finished with the wifi radio, just turn it off again. This will prevent any accidentaly roaming charges.
