i am unable to load V CAST™ Media Manager to my laptop. i get an error stating that it does not suppport 32 bit?

The System Requirements for the V Cast Media Manager are below:
Microsoft® Windows® XP with Service Pack 2 (Service Pack 3 recommended) or Windows Vista®
Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise with Service Pack 1 (certified for 32-bit Windows
XP, 32-bit, and 64-bit Windows Vista)
Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
1GHz processor or greater
512MB RAM or more
200MB of free hard disk space
Screen resolution of 1024x576 with 16-bit color or greater
QuickTime 7 or later
A Broadband internet connection is required to access the V CAST Media Store.

App file download just sitting there grinding - not making any progress - any suggestions?

How about for Windows 7 64bit? I can't seem to run it on my machine.

Not to insult Zachary from Verizon, however, VCast Media Manager WILL NOT run on ANY 64bit computer. It even states it on the site. However, the nice thing is that you do not need it. Just connect your Droid to your compter with the USB cable provided. Your computer will see your Droid as a removable disc, and you can transfer files back and forth as though your Droid were another disc.

WHen I plug my Droid inot my computer it shows E F and G discs but when looking for the pictures on my Droid is does not pull up any pictures. But yet when I download Vcast Mutlimedia it show the file but will not alow me to upload them to my PC
