I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times. The application does not open a log in window when attempting to connect to the online account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. A window opens that states The Program Cannot Access the Web Page.

What is your system? 32 bit or 64 bit? If it is a 64 bit system, as most lap-tops, VCast Media Manager will not work. It only works with the 32 bit systems.

It is 64-bit. What a bunch of garbage. Any word of a future 64-bit update?

No word yet, but I hope they are working on it.

My wife has 64-bit Vista. It runs the desktop app with no problems (at least that I've seen).

As far as I know, the Media Manager that pops up its ugly head every time you hook your phone to your computer will not work with a 64 bit system. If you try to use it, it pops up an error message.

I can't speak to that issue as I haven't attempted that...yet. The problem I'm experiencing (that she's not) is when you click the "Online" button on the left or at the top of the app. When I do that, it opens a pop-up (as it should) that is supposed to offer log-on fields. Instead, I get the message "The Program Cannot Display the Webpage". It's as if there's no internet connection, however, there is.
