VCAST Media Manager internet popup

How do you disable the V Cast Media Manger advertisement from popping up in Chrome (or the default internet browser wXP) every time I plug my phone into my computer? I don't want to use V Cast, I just want to charge it and use it as a hard drive.

Right click on the Motorola icon in the system tray and click (uncheck) Go to Vcast Manager, or however its worded
