VIBRATE MODE?

how do i get the droid on vibrate mode so when i get a txt or phone call it vibrates only? ive tried for hours but i cant figure out how!

You have several options. You can download any number of toggle apps. I personally use "useful switchers" but there are dozens of them out there. Then all importtant settings options are only a touch away. You can also use the volume adjustment buttons on the side of the phone. Just turn the screen on and press the volume down button until the vibrate icon shows in the notification bar. You can also go to: settings----->sound&display-------->check silent mode and phone vibrate.

I have a somewhat different vibe problem; at nite just when I am ready to go to bed; my Droid will

start viberating  ANDthe only way to stop it is with the power off. works fineotherwise but come bed time=====

no alarms are set, I do not know is going on!! BTW this is my Third(3rd) Droid, the first one would not receive calls

and the second one ; just was a total loser(both)were from the first build the third is a nov build and a diff lot number.

butt it still vibrates, and some calls "cutout"

any help greatly appreciated.

yea i just press the volume button on the side til it goes all the way down.
