Phone shows I have 3 VM messages but when I dial into VM using the icon or direct to *86 I get a message saying it's 'not a working number.' Is anyone else getting this? Suggestions?
dial your own number.
go to your contacts and edit the VM one see if it has the right number
also go into menu,setting,phone, voicemail and make sure its set to *86
Did all of this, nothing worked. Went through 2 levels of VZW support and then had the case assigned to network engineering. They did something to resolve it last night - I didn't hear what it was.
