I get an error message every time I try to use the media manager. I have a screen shot of the error message, and I can send you my DxDiag file if that will help.
Unfortunately, I don't see any way to paste an image into this message, or to attach a DxDiag file, so let's start a conversation and find a way to work through this.
Alternatively, I'm looking for a better way to sync my music files, including rights and playlists, than simply using Windows Media Player. If the Media Manager is the way to do it, I want to get that working. If there's another app or another way to do it, by all means let me know that.
