That's actually not correct information because they are currently not taking pre-orders for the Droid X.
They are allowing cancellation of the Incredible orders now, in hopes of tagging you for a Droid X
I don’t know about "Verizon" allowing pre orders but best buy is taking what they call pre orders for the X I know because I got a pre order the price is 199. with no rebates just 199.
